Saxon B30A Motorbike Brake Tester

The B 30 A is completely new design focused on safety, accuracy, and high performance. The fully digitised roller test stand is suitable for diagnosis of different brake systems on motorcycles and three wheelers, up to a wheel weight of 1.5 tonnes. With its clear display and 2 alternatively sensitive measuring ranges, as well as the specialised roller coating, the independent stabilization for a clamp-free brake test and the superior operator friendly design, this roller brake tester differs from all diagnosis systems currently on the market (Patent pending).

Our latest software and electronics are integrated into the display, thereby saving space but still giving clearly readable output of braking effort from longer distances. Visible wheel weight, as well as hand or foot pedal force enables the examiner to keep an overview at all times and guarantees an efficient and accurate test. The specialised roller coating constantly protects the tyres, ensuring exact measurments during a test at the same friction value between tyre and roller for the lifespan of the unit.

The exclusive placement of the roller, together with the automatic stabilisation of the motorcycle wheel, offers increased safety during the brake tests on both front and rear wheels. Because the stability is so secure, even freehand testing is possible. The compact bed of the roller brake tester is produced fully galvanised, and is designed to be installed flush-fitting at ground level, enabling the operator to drive the vehicle onto the roller bed.

Installation:

The chassis of the roller brake tester is designed to be installed directly into the ground and to be concreted in. These are the only foundation requirements , thereby making the installation as fast and economical as possible. The roller brake tester may also be installed to an outside location. The unit is supplied pre-wired, with 15 meters of cable to the display cabinet.
